As a Team leader, you merely prepare and execute small-scale events or you act as a supporting supervisor on the floor. Besides that, you are building up your team. You reflect and evaluate. I’m extremely happy with the opportunity to grow within Verwiel & Wijngaard. You receive trainings and get the opportunity to earn a certificate. Insane right? Oh, and one of your jobs is to organize ‘company drinks’ event every now and then. Not the worst job in the world…”
